Natalie Hayes
Natalie is a Master Certified Life Coach and Procurement & Business Analyst, she supports individuals in navigating personal and professional growth. Natalie's unique perspective, shaped by her role as a mother and friend and her own journey as the youngest of eleven siblings, allows her to connect deeply with people from various backgrounds.

Joy Weatherford-Jackson
Joy has over 19 years of experience in customer service. As a caregiver for her elderly parents and a dedicated songstress, she brings both heart and harmony to her work. Joy is committed to creating supportive, empowering experiences for every client she serves.

Treasurer
Jeffrey Thompson
Jeffrey holds a Master’s in Management and has 16 years of experience as a federal budget analyst. He founded Thompson Financial Solution, LLC to support nonprofits. He currently serves as Financial Administrator at Clinton Baptist Church and Accountant for the ACER program. Jeffrey specializes in budget formulation and financial planning. He enjoys outdoor activities, music festivals, and relaxing by the water.

Kim Watkins
Kim has over 20 years of experience in Finance & Accounting. She is the mother of a special needs adult. Kim's passion is educating the special needs community on financial wellness.

Darlene Danquah
Darlene brings 27 years of experience as a Criminal Investigator to her role at Lava Solutions. As the owner of Danquah Haven LLC, she offers expertise in investigation, problem-solving, and community engagement. Passionate about mentoring youth, she provides guidance and support to help them thrive. Her dedication to service makes her a valued team member.

Jamar Moore
Jamar is a certified EMDR therapist and licensed counselor specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships. He holds a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State and has served as a therapist and program director for various mental health organizations. Jamar is also a U.S. Navy veteran who served in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. With a background in both military and clinical settings, he’s passionate about helping people heal in ways that work best for them.

Rickayla Dixon
With a B.A. in Public Health, Rickayla serves as the Executive Assistant at Faith Works Inc. She enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends. Passionate about wellness, Rickayla is committed to educating her community on healthy habits and empowering others to lead balanced lives.
Ricardo Dixon
An undergraduate student at Towson University, Ricardo is majoring in Finance and Accounting. When he’s not studying or playing basketball, he enjoys spending time with friends and uplifting others. Ricardo is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves—personally, academically, and financially.
Caprice Acoff
Born in New Jersey and now living in D.C., Caprice brings a passion for law and finance to the team. As a Business Associate at Georgetown University Law Center, he’s well-versed in financial tracking and management. With nearly two years of experience in the District, Caprice is excited to share his personal journey—both wins and lessons learned—and help others succeed financially.
